What's the difference between Standard, B grade and C grade?

Standard Grade: these pins are the best of the batch with little to no flaws.

B Grade: these pins are slightly flawed but are still in very good condition. Most flaws aren't that noticeable but some flaws are more noticeable than others.

C Grade: these pins are very flawed and therefore are usually heavily discounted. The flaws on these pins are definitely noticeable

**please keep in mind that pins are hand made so no pin will be absolutely perfect**

My tracking says my order was delivered but it isn't here, what do I do?

If your tracking shows that your item has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your post office as soon as possible. They will contact the mailman that had your package and figure out what happened to it.

When will my order ship?

 My shipping days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you receive a tracking number during the week it will most likely update the week after you received it.

**If your tracking ever goes 10+ days without updating, please contact me via Instagram with your name and order number so that I can try and figure out why it hasn't update

Preorders

When ordering a preorder, you are helping to fund a pin that has not yet been made therefore the waiting period is usually 1-2 months and if any items that are in-stock are ordered with the preorder then the in-stock item will not ship out until the preorder item arrives.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Lil Nova Designs then the customer must pay for the reshipment. We are not responsible for reshipment cost if you are unable to receive the package from the carrier (example delivery was attempted but customer was not able to receive package causing package to be sent back to sender) or if the wrong address was given for the order. If you choose to not pay for reshipment then order will be refunded minus the cost of the already used postage.

Wrong Address

Please make sure the correct address is entered when purchasing. If the wrong address is entered please alert us as soon as possible and we will update it before shipping your order. If we are alerted after the package has been shipped then it is out of our hands and you will have to pay for reshipment if the package is returned to sender (Lil Nova Designs).
